Can I reschedule my vacation?
Yes, in most cases you can change your vacation time. The reservations are time sensitive and if it is 10 days before your vacation their will be no charge, after that the closere you are to your reservation time the harder it will be to reschedule. IGI will do our best to help you rescheule.
Why are their qulifications to visit the Resort?
Since the discounts are sponsored by the Resorts and they have certain criteria for the type of customer that the Resort looks for to spend time in the future at their resort. They put qualifications on the package and each one has their criteria hat they set.

The Agent commissions have a back end and a front end why not just get paid all at once?
The front end is for the booking of the Resort Tour, the back end is paid out when the vacationer has toured and the Resort. After the Resort has confirmed their visit the back end bonus commisssion is put on that pay period. The Agent receives that when the tour has finished and was qualified tour.
