Terms & Conditions, all Resorts have their own qualifications you MUST QUALIFY for that Resort.
1. Reservations are based upon availability. The accommodations offered at the Resort Area will be described on the accomadation page of each Resort Area. Resorts packages have their own qualification, They are in the accommodation check out part of the web site. The offers are usually good for 2 adults and 0-4 children varying from the occupant # of the Resort accommodations and children must be under the age of 18. This promotion is designed for married couples or co-habituating couples. The offer on most Resorts are for couples from 24-72 of age with minimums on annual income on wihich some starting at $45,000 and go up. Completion of a 90-minute sales presentation of the host resort is required. Married couples must attend the presentation together. Co-habituating couples must provide proof of the same address and also tour together. This offer is not intended for group travel. Only one discount is offered for families traveling together. This offer only allows a specific individual or family to receive a gift once in a 12 month period at that Resort. Any violation of the above stated terms will result in failure to qualify for our promotional offer. Failure to qualify for the sales presentation will result in an additional $100 charge. For packages including a deposit, failure to qualify will result in an additional $50 charge and the $50 deposit will not be refunded. Failure to show for the presentation will result in a charge equal to the full rate for the number of nights stayed.
2. All reservations for less than $98 require a $50 refundable deposit or $100 refundable deposit (except in CA). If your reservation is unable to be confirmed, your $50 deposit will be refunded promptly. Your confirmation letter, identification and a valid credit card is required at check-in and tour registration. Cancellation of reservations must be made 14 days or more prior to arrival date or will be subject to a processing fee equal to the full retail rate of 1 night. Rescheduling will be permitted based on availability prior to the 14 days before arrival.
3. Accommodations will typically offer a standard hotel room or a condo style accomadation in the resort area. This promotion does not include transportation, airfare, meals, taxes, gratuities or other incidental charges. I’ve Got It Marketing, LLC, will arrange hotel accommodations, acting only as an agent for hotels, and will assume no liability for loss, delay, accidents, or damage to person or property in conjunction with these services.
4. Travel during peak demand season at your requested destination may be limited or blacked-out; however, UPGRADES are very often available.
5. This offer is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Offers are subject to change without notice. This offer may not be available to residents of some countries. Offers requiring a tour are not valid in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, and Washington State.
6. Due to cyclical fluctuations in the availability of specific show tickets, gifts and vendor rate hotel accommodations, company reserves the right to substitute premiums and lodging of equal or greater value.
7. This offer has a non-refundable provision for all vacation packages sold, including accommodation upgrades and additional nights purchased. All sales are final.
